Boostway ("we," "us," or "our") builds and maintains websites for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect through boostway.io and how we use it.
When you submit a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company, and any details you share about your project. We do not collect payment information through this site.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, scope your project, and communicate about work in progress. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic patterns. No data collected is used to individually identify visitors or sold to advertisers.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information you've submitted to us at any time by emailing hello@boostway.io.
By submitting an inquiry or engaging Boostway for a project, you agree to the following terms.
Every project begins with a scoping call and a written proposal covering deliverables, timeline, and fixed price. Work begins once the proposal is signed and a deposit is received.
Upon final payment, you own all custom code, content, and design assets produced for your project outright. No ongoing license fees or subscriptions are required to keep your site running.
Each plan includes a defined revision window after launch. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond that window is available separately and outlined in your proposal.
Boostway is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a delivered website. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the applicable project.
